If you've searched for "HIIT Bootcamp München" and landed here, chances are you've either seen PUMP tagged in an Instagram Story, heard a friend mention it after a suspiciously sore Monday, or you're simply ready to try the workout everyone in Schwabing seems to be talking about. So, what actually is PUMP?
PUMP is Eternity's signature HIIT Bootcamp class in München: a 50-minute high-intensity interval training format that combines treadmill intervals with functional strength work on the floor. It's built for people who want maximum results in minimum time, without spending an hour figuring out their own program at a conventional gym.
How a PUMP class works?
Every PUMP class follows the same proven structure, so you always know what you're walking into, even on your first visit.
A dynamic warm-up gets your heart rate up and your joints ready. From there, you rotate between treadmill blocks (sprints, inclines, endurance pushes) and strength stations using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements. The intervals are short and sharp - that's the "HIIT" part, so your body never fully adapts to one intensity, which is exactly why it's so effective for burning calories both during and after the session (the so-called afterburn effect, or EPOC).
A coach leads the entire class live, calling out form cues and pushing pace, so this is not a solo treadmill session. It's a HIIT bootcamp in the truest sense: structured, coached, and done as a group.
Who is PUMP for?
PUMP is designed to work for a wide range of fitness levels. Treadmill speeds and inclines are individually adjustable, and strength stations can be scaled up or down depending on experience. Whether you're training for your first 10K, prepping for HYROX, or simply want the most efficient HIIT training in Schwabing to fit around a packed workweek, the format adapts to you rather than the other way around.
What to expect on your first visit?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early so your coach can walk you through the treadmill settings and the strength station for that day. Everything else (the energy, the music, the push) is already taken care of.
