How to Build a Sustainable Weekly Workout Routine Around PUMP Classes

04.08.2026

One of the most common questions from new members in München is simple: how often should I actually be training? The answer depends on your goals and your schedule, but there are a few structures that tend to work well for most people building a training plan around PUMP.

Start with two PUMP sessions a week

If you are new to HIIT training, two PUMP classes per week spaced a few days apart gives your body enough stimulus to see real progress, while leaving enough recovery time between sessions. This is usually the right starting point before adding more volume.

Add a strength focused class for balance

Pairing your PUMP sessions with one BUILD or BRACE class helps balance the high intensity cardio work with dedicated strength and stability training. A simple and effective weekly split looks like two PUMP classes plus one BUILD class, or two PUMP classes plus one BRACE class if you want a lower impact option.

Leave real recovery days in the schedule

A sustainable routine is not about training every day. Most people see better long term results training three to four times per week with proper recovery in between, rather than pushing five or six sessions and burning out within a month. Recovery days are part of the plan, not a break from it.

Adjust as your fitness improves

As your fitness improves, you can gradually add a third or fourth class per week, mix in different formats, or increase intensity within each session. The goal is a routine you can actually maintain for months, not a schedule that only works for the first two weeks of motivation.

A sample week to start with

Monday: PUMP

Wednesday: BUILD

Friday: PUMP

Weekend: rest or light movement

This structure covers cardio, strength and recovery without overwhelming a normal working week in München.

Check the class schedule and book your week to start building a routine that actually sticks.
